The strength of the Concord Carlisle Foundation comes from its ability to respond to urgent needs while also supporting innovative programs that address ongoing gaps in the Concord and Carlisle community. Gifts to the Annual Fund support annual grants to local non-profit human service organizations providing critical need in the areas of: mental health, food insecurity, elder support, affordable housing, education, physical disabilities, legal aid, domestic violence and childcare & family services.
