When In Need (WIN) Fund

The When-In-Need (WIN) Fund supports unexpected or emergency living expenses for Concord and Carlisle families. In 2024-2025, the WIN Fund distributed over $30,536 for emergency needs such as rent, medical costs, car repairs, utility bills, and assistance of the new emergency shelter in Concord. 

The WIN Fund can:

  • Dispense funding quickly, for urgent needs.
  • Address the general well-being of needy families and individuals as well as, but not limited to, immediate needs such as food, care, and shelter.
